Nougat Recipe -yummy-

Torrone, the classic Italian nougat, is easy to make at home. This traditional recipe is flavored with honey, orange and almond flavors and filled with toasted almonds. As with many candies that contain egg whites, nougat does not work well in humidity, so try to choose a low humidity day to make this dessert.

Traditionally, nougat is made from edible rice paper to make it easy to chop and serve.

Can’t get enough nougat ? There are many different shapes, including white chocolate nougat, dark chocolate nougat, and even Nutella nougat, providing a delicious treat no matter what flavor you prefer.


Ingredients :

Nougat :

° 2 tablespoons butter


° 2 mini marshmallow bags (250 g per bag)


° 2 sachets of white chocolate chips (225 g per sachet)


° 2 cups of chewing gum


Directione :


Melt the first three ingredients together until smooth. Mix in gum. Spread on butter paper lined 9 x 13 skillet. Cools overnight in refrigerator. Cut into squares.


** Can be stored in the freezer
