Cheese Shrimp Penne Pasta & Spinach

What Exactly is Single Pan Pasta ? Imagine cooking and serving a full meal of pasta, all from the same skillet !
But it is not!
Perfectly cooked pasta mixed with shrimp, spinach and garlic in a delicious sauce … all cooked in one skillet without any liquid having to drain!
There is not much water, so do not wait for the water to boil before adding the noodles … Yada Yada .. It all adds up to time and worry!
This way, you can have dinner at the table in about 30 minutes. What don’t you like about it?
It all starts with frying the garlic in some oil before adding the shrimp, which are cooked in no time. Take out the garlic and shrimp, add all the liquid ingredients and pasta, and let it simmer! Once the liquid is reduced by roughly half, it is time to add the shrimp and garlic back to the skillet for a few minutes before stirring the spinach leaves to wilt quickly.
Ingredients :
° 0.5 kg large shrimp° 0.5 tablespoon butter
° 2 cups fresh mushrooms
° 1 pile of crushed garlic
° 2 cups green spinach, roughly chopped
° 500 ml fresh cream
° 250 grams of boiled pasta
° 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
° Pinch salt
° Pinch black pepper
Instructions:
Step 1.
Heat the butter in a saucepan over the stove and also add the garlic shrimp and stir until soft and far apart.
Step 2.
In the same pot, add mushrooms, sauté it, add spinach, and stir until the mixture is soft, add salt and black pepper.
Step 3.
Add the shrimp, fresh cream, pasta and parmesan to the saucepan and stir them slightly until the mixture thickens, then turn off the heat and serve.
