Southern Fried Salmon Patties

This recipe comes in handy for using leftover salmon or canned salmon. You can add all the spices you like to it .


Ingredients


☞ 1 can (7 oz.) Salmon, drained and crumbled

☞ 1 egg, beaten

☞ 1 C. tablespoon olive oil

☞ 2 shallots, finely chopped

☞ 2 cups of cracker crumbs

☞ lemon pepper, to taste


Preparation


Step 1.

Preheat the oven to 375 ° F (190C).

Step 2.

In a bowl, combine the salmon, egg, olive oil, shallot and 2/3 of the breadcrumbs. Pepper. Form 8 small pancakes with this mixture. Sprinkle the remaining breadcrumbs on the patties and place on a baking sheet (in a single layer).


Step 3.

Bake for 10 minutes, turning the patties once, until golden brown on both sides.
