Pecan Pie Cobbler

If you can’t decide which dessert to make, this easy combo of pecan cobbler is here to save the day! Our recipe for pecan cobbler pie with brown sugar, butter, and walnuts starts with a totally easy treat that’s sure to have your thumbs up everywhere. Notice. Don’t forget the vanilla ice cream – just like pies and cobbler, it’s great.


Ingredients :

° 1 box of chilled pie crusts, diluted as directed on the box


° 2 1/2 cups light corn syrup


° 2 1/2 cups brown sugar


° 1/2 cup melted butter


° 4 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla


° 6 eggs, lightly beaten


° 2 cups coarsely chopped pecans


° Buttermilk cooking spray


° 2 cups of pecan halves


° Vanilla ice cream to taste


Directions :

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Using ghee or cooking spray, grease a 13 x 9 inch (3-quart) glass baking dish. Remove 1 pie crust from the bag; Spread on the work surface. Wrap in a 13 x 9 inch rectangle. Put the peel on the plate. Trim the edges to fit.
  2. In a large bowl, stir the corn syrup, brown sugar, butter, vanilla, and eggs with a wire whisk. Fry the chopped pecans, then pour half of the filling into a plate lined with crust. Remove the second pie crust from the bag; Spread on the work surface. Wrap in a 13 x 9 inch rectangle. Place the peel over the filling. Trim the edges to fit. Spraying crust with a butter flavored Cooking Spray.
  3. Baking to browned, for 15-17 min . Make sure the oven temperature is reduced to 350 degrees . The remaining spoonful of the filling is placed on carefully baked pastries; Arrange the pecan halves at the top in a decorative manner. Bake until soft, about 30 minutes longer. Permit it cooled on a cool rack about 21 min. Serve something warm with vanilla and ice cream.
